Can also sub Camellia Lady Cream Peas, Camellia Large Lima Beans, or Camellia Crowder Peas 1 cup or extra virgin olive oil 1 cup scallions, chopped 1 cup cider vinegar 1 cup pickles, chopped 1 cup apples, diced 1/2 cup peanuts Directions: Mix all ingredients but peanuts in a bowl, marinate for at least 1 day Garnish with peanuts and fresh herbs
