Ingredients:
- 1 package of Camellia Brand New Orleans-Style Red Beans for 2
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Cooked rice
Directions:

Open contents of bean package. Rinse and sort beans.

Add beans and 2 1/2 cups water to the pressure cooker pot.

Stir in contents of seasoning packet.

Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally. Stir well before serving.
Optional:
- Make it meaty. Add pre-cooked sliced smoked sausage or chopped ham when adding the seasoning packet.
- Make it creamy. For a creamier texture, mash a portion of the beans when tender.
- Keep it veggie (or vegan). Add your favorite plant-based protein.
- Go classic. Serve over cooked rice with cornbread or French bread.
