Jamaican Jerk Black Bean Nachos
Directions:
- Spray a parchment lined sheet pan with some vegetable oil then layer the chips with white bean cheese sauce, Jerk black beans, and Monterey jack cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
- Add the roasted corn salsa
- Garnish with pickled red onion, serrano pepper slices, cheese, micro cilantro. Finish with the spicy avocado crema.
