Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Camellia Brand Red Kidney Beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 packages light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar shredded cheese
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve with high-fiber crackers.
