<li><span class="amount">2 tablespoons</span> <span class="name">olive oil</span></li>
<li><span class="amount">4</span> <span class="name">garlic cloves</span>, finely chopped</li>
<li><span class="amount">4 cups</span> <span class="name">chicken broth</span></li>
<li><span class="amount">2 1/2</span> cups cubed, cooked <span class="name">turkey</span></li>
<li>1 (<span class="amount">15-ounce</span>) can solid-pack <span class="name">pumpkin</span></li>
<li>2 (<span class="amount">10-ounce</span>) cans <span class="name">of roasted diced tomatoes and green chilies</span>, undrained</li>
<li>1 (<span class="amount">8-ounce</span>) can <span class="name">of tomato sauce</span></li>
<li><span class="amount">1 teaspoon</span> <span class="name">chili powder</span></li>
<li><span class="amount">1 1/2 teaspoons</span> dried <span class="name">oregano</span></li>
<li><span class="amount">1 1/2 teaspoons</span> ground <span class="name">cumin</span></li>
<li><span class="amount">1 teaspoon</span> <span class="name">kosher salt</span>, or to taste</li>

<ol>

<li>In a large skillet, sauté the onion and yellow pepper in oil until tender.</li>
<li>Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.</li>
<li>Transfer onion, pepper and garlic mixture to slow cooker, and stir in all remaining ingredients.</li>
<li>Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.</li>
